Bands we've toured with:
Junior Senior
www.juniorsenior.com
From Denmark, this band is this decade's answer to the B52s - definitely a live show not to be missed. We did 5 weeks in the US with them in autumn 2003 and occasionally they'd let us onto their tour bus for a screwdriver..
The D4
www.thed4.co.nz
From Auckland, New Zealand, the D4 play bare bones rock and roll and do it way better than you (or us for that matter). We did our first tour of the US in March 2003 with the D4 and we called it the Battleship Tour. D4...E6...you sunk my battleship! Later on in the year, we ran into them in Japan and Beaver still wasn't wearing a shirt.
The Hiss
www.thehiss.com
From Atlanta, Georgia, the Hiss have a bluesy rock thing going on. We did two weeks with them in April and May 2004. Apparently they have their own swimming pool and we have a standing invite to vacation in Atlanta.
The Fever
www.thefeveronline.com This New York band played with us in the summer of 2004 and they are damn
good. Their bass player does backing vocals, which caused Dick to remark,
"Damn, we've never had one of those &.I wonder if it's not time for another
one of those LINEUP SHUFFLES!" & &"
The Witches
www.witchesonparade.com
From Detroit, Michigan, we did a quick run of the West Coast in July 2003 with these guys. The Witches are the brainchild of longtime E6/Wildbunch friend Troy Gregory, who pulled double-duty on this tour, stepping in to play bass with us after just one rehearsal; either he's that good, or we're that bad. Probably a little of both. The Witches have an unmistakable sound and stage show and they make everyone HAPPY.
VHS or Beta
www.vhsorbeta.com
We toured for a month throughout the USA with VHS or Beta in 2005. They are from Kentucky. They do all the requisite Kentucky things like drink bourbon, speak with slight drawls and play tight new wavey dance extravaganzas.

Other bands that we've played with in Europe:
Ladytron
www.www.ladytron.com
Ruben, Danny, Helen and Mira are set to take over. Their new record will dominate. They've been to China. And not to mention, whenever Tait comes down with lyme disease, Ruben comes through big.
The Fallout Trust
thefallouttrust.co.uk
This band opened up for us last summer. Quite soon, we'll be opening up for them. Great band....but dirty football players.
Surferosa
www.surferosa.no
Try doing it the Nor-way!
Hoggboy
www.hoggboy.com
Though Hoggboy is from present-day Sheffield, they have that 1950's Liverpool look about them. There goes Stuart Sutcliffe..he could have been in Hoggboy! Great bunch of lads with whom we played a few shows in Spain.
The Electric Shocks
www.theelectricshocks.com
Yes, our names are similar but at least neither of us is called The Wildbunch, which is all that really matters in court. These cats are from London, England and they have been known to host barbecues and bust out the stylophone from time to time.
Other Links
Area 51 Touring
www.area51touring.co.uk
Since 2002, Steve Coombes has been the seventh member of Electric Six. Driving, tour managing, handing out money. Nobody does it like Coombesy. We love him, so we are setting him free &..free to drive, tour manage and hand out money to other bands. If you need to get around the UK, Area 51 will get you where you need to go.
Web Sudoku
www.websudoku.com
If you can count to nine, then you can lose your mind.
Ben Marble M.D.
www.gofuckyourselfmistercheney.com
In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, Dr. Ben Marble of Gulfport, MS came home to find Vice President Cheney standing in his front yard. Hilarity ensued. Electric Six has an affinity for doctors who rock. We know Blacklips Hoffman would have done the same thing given the opportunity.
Motor City Rocks
www.motorcityrocks.com
A useful guide to all things going on in Detroit music. When we are on the road, we go here to find out what we are missing back home, for there is always something to miss about Detroit.
Electric Six Lyrics
www.electricsixlyrics.co.uk
Somebody in Newcastle has taken the time to research the catalog of Electric Six and provide a compendium of lyrics to our songs. While we are grateful and honoured, we are also very worried about this person.
Electric Six Live Journal
www.livejournal.com/community/rocknrolldemons
This community has been up and running for a couple of years now. Lovers of E6 &..testify!
Electric Six on MySpace
www.myspace.com/electricsix
We did not start this myspace page, nor do we have access to it. But it's nice to be dialed into youth culture like this.
Tastes Like Chicken
www.tlchicken.com
Insane Wayne Chinsane is the driving force behind this e-waystation for all
things entertainment, political and somewhat human. They are based in
Milwaukee. Milwaukee.
The Gold Dollar
www.golddollar.com
This website is mostly what's left of the Gold Dollar, though it appears Neil
Yee is always up to something. If Detroit was Manchester, the Gold Dollar
would be the Hacienda. Only it's much smaller and I highly doubt they are
going to turn that place into condominiums anytime soon. But how funny
would that be to have a condo THERE?
The Blue Cat
www.bluecatmusic.co.uk
Dick Valentine did his first solo acoustic show in a real long time at the Blue
Cat in Manchester in December, 2004. Quality pub, quality people. Danny
has a Miami Vice-esque flat right above it.
Catster
www.catster.com
The feline equivalent of Friendster. Johnny Na$hinal and Dick Valentine both
have cats that have put their profiles online here.
The Onion
www.theonion.com
Everybody and their mother links to The Onion. That's because it is a
wonderful site. E6 cohorts Kuntz and Maguire are hard at work making a
movie based on the Onion.
Informed Comment
www.juancole.com
Back in the dark ages, when Dick Valentine was at university, he had a class
with Prof. Juan Cole. Now, some years later, Prof. Cole has become one of
the most reputable bloggers on the "situation" in Iraq.
Fox News
www.foxnews.com
With the inclusion of Informed Comment, we don't want anyone to think that
this band is entirely comprised of doves and tree-huggers. Frank Lloyd
Bonaventure and The Sheik should also have their views represented here.
