E6 FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q1) Do you guys take drugs? If so, which ones? [this question comes to us via email from Paul C, a network analyst]

A1) That's a good question, Paul, and a frequently asked one, too. The fact of the matter is, Electric Six has been drug and alcohol free from day one. The guys in the band are all fitness nuts (you can tell by looking at their photos) and if they ingest anything, it's only going to be substances that help them with their workout routines: vitamins, creatine, and the odd anabolic steroid. Moreover, E6 won't do business with anyone who takes drugs or smokes cigarettes. The entire band organization is 100% substance-free.

Q2) I thought you guys were called The Wildbunch?

A2) We are. Or rather, we were. And in reality we still are. What happened was, our name got changed to Electric Six. But the whole E6 thing is more or less just a formality. In private, or at home, while talkin with your friends or communicating with members of the band, feel free to use the name, "The Wildbunch". That is the actual name. However, the legal and official name (but, mind you, not the real name) of the band is "Electric Six". Use this name when ordering merchandise, or if you are a member of the press writing an article about the band, or if you are someone who wants to sue the band or something. Furthermore, E6 and Electric Six are legal designations of The Wildbunch, Inc.

Q3) Who sings the other vocal on Danger! High Voltage?

A3) The second vocalist is none other than John S. O'Leary, a Cleveland area mechanic. He has a wife and some kids.

Q4) Will John S. O'Leary be appearing with the band for Danger! High Voltage?

A4) As we've indicated, Mr. O'Leary has a family and a nine-to-five job in Cleveland. So no, he won't be going on tour with E6 at any point in the near or distant future.
